How to Use:
Apply to lips using the edge of the applicator for a precise, sharp shape. Use the tip of the applicator to refine your application.
For a softer look, blend the edges of your lips with a 219S Brush before the liquid lip color dries.
For maximum comfort, apply over Prep + Prime Lip.
